This primer can be used as interior or exterior.
It is special because it’s made to paint over peeling paint, areas of missing stucco, areas of missing interior tecture, areas where there are still small pieces of old wall paper etc , leveling the steps and imperfections.
Will also stop old paint, texture, stucco from flaking off because it goes on as a thick almost glue like coating.
I have attached some before and after pics of my exterior chimney where I used this product. last pic shows it being applied to old wood with old paint on it.

Can be sprayed , rolled or brushed.
Normally this goes on white and dries clear, but I had them tint it so it dries white.
