Professional Process Serving — San Diego County

Process-Serving Rates:
Standard Service — $75
-Up to three attempts at one address
-Completed Proof of Service
- All San Diego County
- Routine status updates
Rush Service Within 24 Hours — $125
Same-Day Service — $175
Subject to availability and receipt of complete documents and instructions.
Additional Person at Same Address — $25
Extended Wait Time During Service Attempt — $50 per hour
Charged only when the client authorizes remaining at the service location beyond the ordinary attempt period.
Court Filing or Document Delivery — $40
For delivery or filing of client-provided, completed documents. Court fees, parking, postage, mileage outside the standard service area, and other third-party costs are additional.
Public-Document Retrieval — Starting at $40 plus costs
Limited to obtaining specifically identified publicly available documents. Availability and pricing depend on the agency, court, location, and applicable registration requirements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting concentration
-More than 10 years of business ownership and consulting experience
-Experience reviewing financial records, contracts, business operations, and supporting documentation
-Currently preparing for the Certified Fraud Examiner examination
-Strong documentation, organization, and report-writing skills
-Professional communication and dependable status updates
