Allthethingzz Space is a creative community of artists, makers, and entrepreneurs 🛠️🖌️💡 Located by USD, the space is made up of 9 private studios within a larger creative complex where, in addition to our individual workspaces, we share a large outdoor lot for bigger projects, collaborative work, and events/gatherings.
We’re currently looking to fill one outdoor shipping container workspace 📦, available beginning NOVEMBER 1, 2026!

👎 Not ideal for: van/car work, product showrooms, man caves, welding, boat building, jerks
🚫 This is a STRICTLY WORK-ONLY space. NO LIVING. Proof of your current residence, with contact info for your landlord or property manager, is required to rent.
Space Currently Available: Garage Space One (3-month minimum lease unless discussed upfront)
📐 11'x22' private studio + over 1,200 sq ft of usable common areas
💵 $950/month + $50 utilities/amenities ($1,000/month total)
🔑 $950 deposit (returned within 21 days of move-out; can’t be used as last month’s rent)
⚡ Utilities/Amenities include power, wifi, trash (dumpster), water (outdoor sink, bathroom, hoses, and water cooler), security, plus toilet paper, paper towels, breakroom things, etc.
👯 Can be shared by up to 3 people (more with a small additional fee)
