Job Description
Multi Team Staffing Services is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Manager to join a multifamily apartment community.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and ready to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Complete and manage maintenance work orders efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate daily maintenance operations and prioritize repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready units.
- Repair doors, windows, drywall, wood fencing, and other structural components.
- Perform painting, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep.
- Maintain a clean and safe community.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure work is completed properly.
Qualifications:
- Multifamily apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to manage multiple work orders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic conversational English required.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Available to start immediately.
