Black Tie Casino Events, San Diego's leading casino party and event rental company, is looking for a logistics partner to help deliver, set up, and return our casino equipment for events across San Diego County.
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an independent contractor or small logistics company with your own truck and a minimum of two physically capable movers to join our delivery team. This is an ongoing partnership opportunity, not a one-time gig — reliable partners can expect steady, recurring work.
What the Job Involves
- Drive to our warehouse in Mission Valley to load casino tables and equipment
- Deliver the load to event venues throughout San Diego County
- Return to the venue after the event to load up all equipment
- Transport the equipment back to our Mission Valley warehouse
- Free training provided on proper loading, handling, and setup of all casino tables and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Your own truck, appropriately sized for hauling casino tables and event equipment
- A minimum of two physically capable movers per job
- Reliability — showing up on time, every time
- Care with our equipment — tables and gear need to arrive and return in great condition
- Strong communication skills — with our team, clients, and venues
- Good customer service — you will be interacting directly with clients and venue staff, so professionalism matters
Workload & Schedule
We run 10–15 events per month, with seasonal months ramping up to as many as 50 events per month. As a partner, you will not be required to cover every event. We currently work with another logistics partner, and the workload will be shared between partners based on availability and event volume.
