Looking for someone with 10 plus years in residential remodeling/construction with an active CA general contractors' license.
Initial duties to include material and equipment logistics along with hands on work on various residential remodeling projects mostly in coastal communities.
Current owner wants to phase himself out of the business over the next 3-4 years and is looking for someone to gradually take over the business.
This job offer is tailored for an up and coming GC in San diego or new to San Diego who is interested in stepping into a successful business with decades of referral based business.
Applicant must be a licensed and experienced general contractor. All other applicants will be ignored. Must have a reliable truck and tools and at least 10 years of experience in remodeling and construction.
Applicant should be a highly motivated individual with leadership skills who excels at customer satisfaction.
Year one: Paid position to handle material and equipment logistics combined with hands on work and part time project management.
Year two: Paid position to slowly take over management duties including working directly with clients and managing a small crew.
Year three: Co ownership of business/salaried phase including estimating, job costing, billing, and operations.
Year four: Majority ownership of business operations transitioning to eventual 100% ownership.
