• Check, adjust, and do basic repairs on irrigation systems and timers
• Spot and report plant, tree, drainage, and property issues before they become problems

• Train new hires on our standards, equipment, and safety practices
Scheduling and quality

• Rework the schedule for weather, absences, and special requests
Client communication
• Be the friendly, professional face of Shore in the field with owners, tenants, and on-site staff
• Take service requests and complaints, solve what you can on the spot, and pass the rest to the office
• Document work with photos when asked, including property profile updates utilizing Appfolio
Equipment, vehicles, and safety
• Look after our three work vehicles: daily checks, cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs
• Keep mowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools clean, sharp, and working
• Order and track supplies within budget
• Enforce safety rules, including PPE, safe equipment use, traffic awareness, and heat illness prevention

• Working knowledge of irrigation systems and controllers
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full day's schedule with minimal oversight

Preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
