TPS Printing is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined person to join our team at our commercial printing facility.
This is a full-time position combining hands-on printing production and warehouse work with local deliveries. Approximately 25% of your day will involve making deliveries in a company van, with the remainder spent assisting with printing, bindery, and production operations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and is interested in learning new skills.
**SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION**
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time benefits
- 30-day performance and pay review
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make local deliveries throughout San Diego using a company van.
- Load and unload printed materials and customer orders.
- Assist with folding, cutting, collating, binding, and packaging.
- Operate and learn commercial printing finishing equipment.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
- Help maintain an organized and clean production environment.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid California driver's license and good driving record.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable driving throughout San Diego.
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning to operate machinery.
- Able to lift and move boxes and printed materials.
- Willing to help wherever needed.
Previous delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, or printing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
