Join a full-time construction team supporting a 1,000–1,200 sq. ft. tubular steel building project in the
Northern California Bay Area. This position is based in San Jose, Northern California, for the first six months with housing accommodations provided. following this period, the position will transition to San Diego for continued employment. We are looking for hands-on professionals who can execute precise
groundwork and reinforced concrete work, coordinate with adjacent trades, and deliver clean, reliable
results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Perform site layout, grading, excavation, and trenching.
• Build footings, foundations, and slabs: formwork, placement, finishing, and curing.
• Cut, bend, tie, and position reinforcing steel; set embeds and anchor bolts accurately.
• Perform masonry and concrete-block work where required.
• Coordinate foundation dimensions and utility penetrations with the steel-assembly and plumbing teams.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and high-quality workmanship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of relevant field experience preferred; foreman-level experience strongly valued.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one core specialty: excavation, reinforced concrete, rebar, or masonry.
• Ability to interpret construction measurements, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Experience with construction equipment, jobsite safety, and trade coordination.
