Excel Pac LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking **Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate** to join our team.
This is a weekday morning position with a consistent schedule. The primary responsibility is making local deliveries of palletized orders to businesses throughout San Diego using our company box truck. When not making deliveries, you will work with our warehouse team pulling and preparing customer orders and assisting with general warehouse operations.
## Schedule
**Monday–Thursday:** 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
**Friday:** 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
**Weekends off**
Reliability and punctuality are extremely important. We need someone we can count on to be ready to work at 7:00 AM each scheduled day.
## Responsibilities
- Drive a company box truck and make deliveries to businesses throughout the San Diego area
- Safely load, transport, and unload palletized orders
- Operate a manual pallet jack safely and confidently
- Verify orders and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
- Pull and prepare customer orders in the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks
- Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
- Receive and organize inventory
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
## Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving a box truck
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to **50 lbs.**
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to consistently report to work by **7:00 AM**
- Able to work independently and follow delivery instructions
- Good attention to detail when pulling and delivering customer orders
- Professional and courteous when dealing with customers
- Willing to work in the warehouse when deliveries are completed
- Dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious
Previous delivery, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or box-truck experience is preferred.
## About the Position
This is **not a driving-only position**. Some days may involve several deliveries, while other days may involve more time working in the warehouse. We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing both and willing to help wherever needed.
