TPS Printing is looking for a reliable, energetic, hands-on person to join our team! We’re a commercial printing company that produces printed materials, booklets, packaging, and much more. We need someone who enjoys variety, likes figuring out how things work, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Are you mechanically inclined? Good with tools or machines? A quick learner who likes solving problems? You might be exactly who we’re looking for!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
🚚 Hit the road: Deliver finished print jobs to customers throughout San Diego.
⚙️ Work with machines: Learn to operate bindery and finishing equipment.
📚 Make things happen: Help fold, cut, collate, staple, assemble, and package printed products.
🛠️ Figure things out: Help with job setups, solve everyday production challenges, and learn new processes.
📦 Keep things moving: Prepare orders, load materials, and help the team meet deadlines.
🤝 Be part of the team: Pitch in wherever needed and take pride in getting the job done right.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re more interested in finding the right attitude and ability to learn than finding someone who already knows everything.
You might be a great fit if you:
Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Have some delivery, warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience.
Are mechanically inclined and comfortable around machines and equipment.
Pick things up quickly and enjoy learning how things work.
Have good common sense and can troubleshoot everyday problems.
Are dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to work.
Enjoy staying active rather than doing the same thing all day.
Can safely lift boxes of printed materials and handle the physical demands of the job.
Never worked in a print shop? No problem! If you’re a quick learner, mechanically minded, and willing to learn, we’re happy to train the right person.
