I am an experienced high school math teacher offering personalized, one-on-one tutoring for middle and high school students. I have 30+ years of teaching and tutoring experience and a B.S. and M.S. in Physics/Mathematics.
My approach is simple:
UNDERSTANDING, NOT MEMORIZATION.
I focus on helping students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts rather than simply memorizing formulas and procedures. I adapt my teaching to each student's individual needs, learning style, and current course.
