About Advantage Converting
Advantage Converting is a precision converter. We turn materials such as films, foams, adhesives, and foils into finished and semi-finished components for customers in medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and green energy, using die cutting, laminating, and slitting. Our roots go back to Advance Electric, founded in 1963; Advantage Converting was established in 1992.
We are ISO 13485:2016 certified, operate ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom manufacturing, and are recognized as a 3M Preferred Converter, a distinction held by only a small number of converters nationally.
Our mission is to operate as a true extension of our customers' teams, partnering from early prototype through validated, repeatable production, and taking on the tolerance-critical, engineering-heavy work most converters turn away. That combination of technical depth and hands-on customer partnership is what regulated industries have relied on for more than three decades, and it is the standard every role on our production floor is built to protect and scale.
