* Comfortable performing physically demanding work in challenging environments.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Willingness to wear respirators, protective suits, and other required PPE.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Professional demeanor when interacting with law enforcement, public agencies, and individuals experiencing difficult circumstances.
* Willingness to participate in specialized safety training.
Preferred but Not Required:
* Experience in environmental services, restoration, construction, demolition, or industrial cleaning.
* Familiarity with power tools, equipment maintenance, or vehicle operation.
* OSHA, HAZWOPER, bloodborne pathogens, or hazardous waste training.
* Experience with emergency response or on-call work.
We are willing to train the right person. Reliability, judgment, work ethic, and adaptability are more important than previous industry experience.

* Specialized training and opportunities to develop new skills.
* Experience working with law enforcement and public agencies.
* Opportunities for additional hours as operations expand.
* Potential for advancement into a lead technician position.
