Position Summary:
We are looking for a versatile, dynamic Bartender - Server to join our front-of-house team. In this dual role, you will seamlessly transition between crafting quality beverages behind the bar and delivering attentive, friendly service to guest tables. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, and make menu recommendations.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar and dining section throughout your shift.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure swift, flawless service.
Comply with all local and state laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol (TABC certification required).
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as a Bartender/Server in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is required.
Valid TABC Certification and Texas Food Handler certificate
(or ability to obtain them prior to start).
Reliable Transportation.
Exceptional multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Be always On-Time, Responsible and with an outgoing personality!
