Starting Pay: $12–$14/hour, based on experience
Part-Time | Up to 36 Hours per Week
Monday–Friday | Approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Screen Printing Production Assistant to join our production team.
No screen-printing experience is required — we will train the right person. Previous screen-printing or production experience is a major plus and will be considered when determining starting pay.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position working with both manual and automatic screen-printing equipment. Quality is extremely important to us, so we need someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with manual and automatic screen printing
* Setting up jobs for production
* Coating, exposing, cleaning, and reclaiming screens
* Registering and aligning screens
* Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
* Identifying and correcting print-quality issues
* Cleaning and maintaining printing equipment
* Assisting with troubleshooting
* Keeping the production area clean and organized
* Meeting productivity and quality standards
* Assisting with other production tasks as needed

SCREEN-PRINTING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Experience coating and burning screens, registering multi-color jobs, setting up presses, operating manual or automatic equipment, troubleshooting print issues, and general screen-printing production knowledge may qualify you for a higher starting rate within the $12–$14/hour range.
We are willing to train someone with little or no experience who has the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
