What the role is:
Inspect and document every slope, plus the attic, to a written checklist
Produce a written condition report the homeowner keeps whether or not they hire us
Walk customers through repair versus replacement honestly — including when the answer is to wait
Meet adjusters on the roof and explain what the documentation shows
What we look for: Ability to explain technical material plainly, and patience with a longer sales cycle. To be direct — we don't pay for signed contracts on damage that isn't there, and we don't knock doors behind storms.
