📍 WORK LOCATION: Varies depending on client addresses.
📅 DAYS: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
🕕 SHIFT: 8 hours per day, starting normally at 8:00 am (It could vary depending on the addresses of the clients to be visited.
💵 PAYMENT PER HOUR: $18.00 (We pay every week).
✨ TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:
✔️ Perform quality inspections throughout different stages of production.
✔️Touch up the paint and stain on any part of the wooden cabinets.
✔️Assist with the installation of any wooden components for cabinets, closets, etc.
✔️Basic knowledge in carpentry communication
✔️Basic paint repairs (Bondo, sanding, finishing, etc.)
✔️Verify dimensions, measurements, and specifications according to blueprints and work orders.
✔️Inspect materials, components, and finished products.
✔️Problem solving
✔️Site set up and site teardown
✔️Detect manufacturing, assembly, sanding, painting, or installation defects.
✔️Document findings and report deviations to the Operation Manager.
✔️Verify that corrective actions have been properly completed.
✔️Monitor quality metrics and rework indicators.
✔️Investigate possible root causes of recurring defects.
✔️Recommend improvements to reduce errors and waste.
✔️Capacity to carry between 60 and approximately 80 lbs.
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
Legal documents to work in the U.S.
Own transportation 🚗
Experience in cabinetry
Preferably Bilingual
Good communication with the supervisor
