Maintenance Technicians II – (San Antonio)
Schedule: Full-Time • On‑Call Rotation Required
Must pass 10 panel drug test
MUST pass a criminal background
Certifications: Must obtain required certifications within 90 days
Must be able to grip, grasp, bend, stoop, lift, kneel, twist throughout shift
Basic repairs, painting, caulking, patching
Assist with unit make‑readies
Plumbing & electrical support
Support senior techs with inspections and preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance (may have to drive to another property)
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more use ladders, and perform physical tasks
Willingness to follow supervision and safety protocols
These roles require reliability, strong work ethics, and a commitment to safe, compliant, resident‑focused maintenance operations.)
Experience: 2–5 years in property or facilities maintenance
Key Skills:
Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, breakers)
Plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs)
HVAC troubleshooting, filter changes, basic repairs
Ability to document work orders accurately
Comfortable mentoring and guiding Tech Level I
Responsibilities:
Perform intermediate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
Complete make‑readies in units
Coordinate with contractors
Must participate in on‑call rotation
OSHA Certification
EPA Certification
