We are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, producing quality parts, and ensuring all products meet required specifications.

### JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate machines to produce parts according to production specifications.
* Learn to set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Monitor machines during production and make adjustments as needed.
* Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
* Use measuring tools such as **calipers, micrometers, and gauges** to verify measurements.
* Read and understand basic mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
* Perform basic math calculations related to measurements and production requirements.
* Use hand tools and other production equipment as needed.
* Load and unload materials and move finished products to designated areas.
* Package finished products for shipment when required.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all company safety rules and manufacturing procedures.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.
* Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Schedule : 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday with Some Mandatory Weekends!!! You will be working a two week rotating shift 6pm to 6am Monday through Friday with Mandatory Saturdays
Pay $18.75 per hour
### QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
* Experience working in a factory or industrial environment is a plus.
* Ability to learn and operate production machinery.
* Basic math and measurement skills.
* Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
