We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team! If you have factory or manufacturing experience and are willing to learn, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills and increase your pay.
JOB DUTIES:
Operate production machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Learn machine setup, operation, and adjustments.
Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Read basic mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Perform basic math and measurements.
Use hand tools and production equipment.
Load and unload materials and move finished products.
Package products for shipment as needed.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety rules and production procedures.
Report equipment problems, defects, and safety concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Manufacturing or factory experience preferred.
Machine operating experience is a plus.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to use hand tools and learn measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
WORK SCHEDULE:
12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturdays and some weekends.
Two-week rotating shift schedule, including rotation between day and night shifts.
Must be flexible with scheduling and overtime requirements.
PAY RATE:
$18.75 per hour to start
Increase to $21.00 per hour after 90 days
