📍 Location: East Side San Antonio, TX (ZIPs 78220, 78219 & nearby sites)
💵 Compensation: $12.50 – $14.00 / hour (Based on experience & job role)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
👔 Job Title: Construction General Laborer
🔨 Primary Job Duties:
• Assisting jobsite superintendents & tradespeople with daily tasks
• Site cleanup, trash removal, and maintaining safety standards 🧹
• Staging, loading, and moving construction materials 📦
• Trenching, shoveling, and site preparation
• Performing basic site maintenance and general labor support
🕖 Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available on select projects)
📋 Job Requirements:
✔️ Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify / Valid IDs)
✔️ Valid State ID or Driver's License
✔️ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Jeans & steel-toe work boots 👖🥾
✔️ Reliable personal transportation to get to jobsites daily 🚗
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather
