San Antonio Staffing is currently hiring Forklift Drivers for the morning and night shifts.
Job Summary
The Forklift Operator drives industrial trucks and powered machinery to transport goods, stage inventory, and maintain a smooth workflow between receiving docks, storage racks, and production areas. Safety, precision, and efficiency are top priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and rack palletized goods.
Load and unload trailers and trucks, and transport raw materials to production lines and finished goods to storage.
Palletize, stack, and store products securely to maximize warehouse space.
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
Use RF scanners to scan, track, and locate inventory within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 –70 lbs, climb on/off the truck, and work in varied temperatures.
Skills: Strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
Must have 2 years of experience and pass a drug test and a background check.
Must pass a training quiz in English or Spanish.
EARN BETWEEN $1,169.00 - $1,294.00 GROSS PER WEEK
