Carpenter with experience doing metal stud framing
WANTED: An experienced carpenter WITH EXPERIENCE doing metal stud framing. This job is for framing out interior residential apartments in a high-rise building.

1. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE YOU CAN READ PLANS!!!
2. RELIABLE Transportation (a truck is strongly preferred)
3. Must be DRAMA FREE, honest, presentable and have a strong work ethic.
4. Must be able to pass a drug test.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background test.
6. Must be able to speak English.
7. Must proof you are able to work in the US (i.e.: SS card, Drivers license, ITEN #, etc.)
8. Must have most of your own tools. (Hand tools, drills, sawzall, circular saw, etc.).
9. Must be able to work well around other staff member. (You will be working as a part of a team of other professionals who will treat you with respect and you should be able to do the same.)
9. MUST be dependable. -- Show up to work on-time every day (like EVERY DAY. . . in a row) AND must show up on time.
10. MUST BE FAST -- A good carpenter does quality work in a timely manner.
HERE'S WHAT I WILL GIVE YOU:
1. Pay = The high end of the industry because I want the best people possible.
2. I will always pay you on time and completely.
3. I will keep you busy - At least 5 days per week - at least 40 hours per week.
