EPI Electrical Enclosures & Engineering is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.
This is a full-time, in-person position. Candidates must be local to the San Antonio area and available to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important point of contact for our customers, providing product and service information, assisting with orders and accounts, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with our office, production, and plant teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable building strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with product-related questions and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist new customers with opening accounts and establishing purchasing relationships
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide customers with production and shipping timelines and status updates
• Coordinate with office, production, shipping, and plant teams to meet customer needs
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, questions, and outstanding issues
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales and order process
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• At least 2 years of customer service or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred but not required:
• Previous B2B sales experience
• Experience in the electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industries
• Experience working with product orders, production schedules, shipping, or account management
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
