this loop tail frame construction started in 1941...the Colson Bicycle Co. of Elyria, Ohio (1917-1953) sold to Evans Products (Evans-Colson) in 1953, and Evans-Colson bicycles were made until they went out of the bicycle business in 1962...
this rebuild includes
original Colson head badge, trademark sprocket, and crank
original handlebar, stem, Troxel saddle
Lobdell rims, reproduction Good Year G3 tires
new solid alloy seat post
new tubes, chain, etc...
completely rebuilt, including fork truing and rear end alignment, this bike rides really straight...
