About the Role:
- We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join a Sweepstakes project focused on the US market.
- You will work with a database of registered users who are already familiar with the product and communicate with them by phone, presenting relevant offers and encouraging further engagement.
- This is a long-term, full-time position offering a remote work format and opportunities to develop your sales skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to registered users.
- Present offers and explain product benefits.
- Identify customer needs and encourage engagement.
- Handle objections and maintain professional communication.
- Follow established sales scripts and procedures.
- Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2C or phone sales.
- Strong spoken English and confident communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
- A target-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Current residence in one of the eligible US states listed above.
Experience in iGaming or Sweepstakes is welcome but not required.
