Winter Island Yacht Yard in Salem, MA, is looking for staff for the current season and beyond. Experience is helpful; however we are willing to train. This position includes prepping/painting boat bottoms, various maintenance and repairs to the boats, and various yard maintenance/tasks.
General boatyard knowledge and experience is helpful.
Must be able to lift 50lbs, be ready and willing to learn, and be able to follow directions.
Must have current, valid Driver’s License.
Winter work hours are: Monday thru Friday 7:30-4:00 (July through to mid-April) with overtime as needed.
Spring work hours are: Monday thru Saturday 7:30-4:00 (mid-April to the end of June, with overtime as needed.
More detailed work hour time will be presented at time of hire.
We are looking for full-time, year-round staff.
