If you're looking for a fun and flexible work environment then keep reading! I'm a female quadriplegic looking for 1-2 female part time PCA's. I'm very easygoing and fun to work for. I have longevity with my PCA's. My two current PCA's have been with me for 14 and 3 years. I have two small fun, and very lovable dogs. They are hypoallergenic, and do not shed.
The available shifts are:
One shift is Monday-Friday 6PM-9PM.
The other shift is every other Friday morning 7AM-12PM.
Every other Saturday 7AM-12PM, and 6PM-9PM (split shift).
Every other Sunday 7AM-12PM, and 6PM-9PM (split shift).
Starting pay is $20 an hour while training. When training is completed and you have been hired on with my PCA company the pay will be $24 per hour. My PCA agency is Lifeworks. Previous PCA experience preferred with a PCA provider number (not required, just preferred).
Your responsibilities would be: Basic ADL's. Meal prep and cooking. Errands and light housekeeping. Dressing and grooming. Transferring to and from my power wheelchair. Going out into the community for various appointments. *I do have a tracheotomy, and you will be trained on how to care for it.*
***MUST*** pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
