We rehab houses in St. Louis city and turn them into rental homes. We're hiring one dependable laborer to join our small crew.
Show up on time, work hard, follow directions, bring a good attitude, and you'll fit in here.
What you'll do:
Clean up jobsites and haul debris
Mow, trim, and clean up yards
Help with demolition and material handling
Load and unload the truck; keep tools organized
What we need from you:
18 or older
Reliable — you show up when you're supposed to
Honest
Positive, willing to learn and take direction without pushback
Follow written and spoken instructions in English
Reliable transportation, working phone, and I-9 documents
Physical requirements:
Lift and carry 50–75 lbs regularly
Push, pull, bend, kneel, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather
