Iām a 46-year-old Black woman looking for a safe, clean, peaceful, and LGBT-friendly place to stay temporarily while I work toward securing permanent housing.
I have no children and no pets and need a place ASAP. Iām open to a private room, back house, cabin, detached garage, camper/RV, or another suitable private space.
My budget is limited, but I may be able to pay around $100 per week for the right arrangement. Iām responsible, respectful, clean, and simply looking for a safe and stable place while I get back on my feet.
I prefer an LGBT person, preferably a woman, who is comfortable with me staying in their space. A safe, respectful, and drama-free environment is very important to me.
