Seeking a Part-time Maintenance Tech approx 20 hours a week for a Property Management firm. Good handyman skills- plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, minor framing, painting, doors, surrounds, irrigation skills are all important to the tasks that will be handled.

Most properties are multi-family and in the central city and arden arcade.
Must have current drivers license, current auto insurrance, cell phone.
Mileage and cell phone is reimbursed
