1996 29' RV Triple E from Canada. Runs and drives but in the two years I've owned I've never driven it because I stayed in it while my house was getting built. You can drive it to your property, take it on a trip, or rent it in place as I did at this nice safe property a few minutes (driving) from the beach. Ford 460 V8 that gets about 8-10 mpg.
Nice inside for its age, and very well built. Everything that functions as it should: fridge, stove/oven, furnace, hot water, outlets, outdoor shower, toilet, tanks, gauges, tables, bed, nice cabinets (actual oak), a/c works, tires look good, always starts up, the water tank has always had drinking water. The tires are good but looked funny in the photo due to the cover, I took a photo with the cover off.
Issues: The microwave will be removed, I've never run the Onan generator and the fuel line needs to be primed, Canadian title, TV doesn't work, and a handful of little things you may notice but I've gotten used to. It's almost 30 years old so don't expect perfection.
