$800 - RV LIVING SPACE NEEDED (Canby)

My Wife & I have been living the RV Life for over 10 years, but now, after 7 years here, our landlord is selling his land, and we have to move.
Shelly, my Wife, is 53, and works for her family’s business in Beaverton and has been there going on 9 years.
I’m 64 next month, and I recently retired due to personal minor health issues.
We have 4 very small house dogs, 2 Pomskys, a Pomeranian, and a Chihuahua, that are disciplined and very well behaved that have never caused a single problem anywhere we’ve been. They live in the house and sleep about 80% of time.
We have a 26’ 1986 Chevy RV, that’s in good shape, that we own.
What we will need :
A space, preferably on a rural farm or ranch, to park our RV, away from others,
We can either hook up to normal RV hook-ups,
or park where a water hose and electrical cords can reach us.
(We have all of the hoses, adapters and extension cords we need)
If we’re to get our electricity through extension cords, we’ll need 2 wall outlets (four plug-in spots)
As far as water, a water spigot for our water hoses.
We’ve been paying $550 a month for our Rent/Water/Electricity COMBINED,
and are willing to pay $800 a month for the very same.
Should you want us to put our electricity in our name,
we would be willing to pay $650 a month for rent.
We’ll either need a Sewer hook-up,
OR,
a small area where we can put our compost pile.
(Everything breaks down to soil we use in our garden and plants.)
We prefer to compost, but will hook-up to the sewer line instead if you prefer.
We are very private people, who keep completely to ourselves, who will not be calling or texting you, or knocking on your door, we respect others privacy and ask that they respect ours as well.
We pay our rent either several days before due, or on time, and have never been late with it..,
not even once…
We Venmo or Cash App our rent every month, and you’ll never have to ask for it.
My Wife & I are looking for a space we can tastefully make our own, where we can sit out on our deck in the evenings enjoying the weather and sunsets…
We take very good care of the space we rent, as you can see in the photos.
***I have an enclosed porch deck that I built that we will want to bring with us, it’s a pleasant rustic red-barn-like color, you can see it in the pictures I provided.***
Of course, we’ll need a couple of spaces to park her car and mine.
We need some kind of a small area of yard, so we can set up the dog pen for our dogs when they’re outside.
We’re looking for a long term residence, because moving at our age, is a drag…

We have until October 19th before we have to move, if that helps any, but we’re ready & willing to move before then if the rental situation is what we’re looking for.
