Various options at Pines-Mountain View (formerly Cree Manor) and the Pines-On the River Apts. ranging from efficiency units (no kitchen) starting at $750/month up to 3BR units from $1,500/month based on initial leasing of 12 months. Rates include all regular utilities (electric, gas, water, trash; but excluding A/C). Pines-Cree Manor is a no-pet complex (no dogs).
Large, nicely finished efficiency units from $750; studio room, with full kitchen, walk-in closet and bathroom at $1,000/ 1-2 occupants. 1-BR units from $1,100, 2-BR units from $1,250. All utilities included.
The complex also has coin-op washer and dryer use available. $350 move-in security deposit (fully refundable), along with 1st and last month's rent and $10 application fee per adult. Can lease unfurnished or in partially furnished condition. No smoking in units.
