We are seeking an experienced, professional, reliable, and safety-focused Toolcat/Sweeper Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Toolcat/Sweeper with various attachments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a Toolcat/Sweeper with various attachments.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment.
Complete assigned property maintenance tasks using the appropriate attachments.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and work orders.
Complete daily work logs and required reports accurately.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating a Toolcat/Sweeper with attachments
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance is a must.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Schedule:
Evening shift required.
One morning shift per week is required.
$250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of continuous employment.
