✅Qualifications & Requirements
Erosion control and Best Management Practices (BMP) experience preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
Must provide professional references and pass a background check.
Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Must have valid employment authorization and required legal documentation.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are welcome.
Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers is required.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
✅Key Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside a crew of 3–5 team members to complete daily assignments.
Communicate regularly with our Field Manager and the other Crew Leader regarding job progress and daily activities.
Assist crew members with daily tasks, erosion control installations, and other job-site responsibilities.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company expectations.
Maintain a professional attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Complete daily paperwork accurately and legibly.
✅Work Schedule
Tuesday–Friday: 6:15 AM–3:00 PM
Mondays: Schedule varies based on workload.
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Daily hours may vary depending on job-site needs and workload.
