We are a small concrete construction and outdoor living company seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with hands-on construction experience to assist with daily operations and job-site coordination.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, help lead a small crew when needed, and assist with keeping projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist with daily job-site operations and crew coordination
✔️ Transport crew members and pick up construction materials as needed
✔️ Perform general construction, framing, and remodeling work
✔️ Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
✔️ Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Qualifications:
✔️ Previous construction experience required
✔️ Experience in framing, remodeling, and outdoor living construction
✔️ Ability to lead and work alongside a small crew
✔️ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔️ Dependable, honest, hardworking, and self-motivated
✔️ Pickup truck is a plus
✔️ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
✔️ $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
