The Space:
- Bedroom: Unfurnished, 10'5" x 9'10" with a small corner entry (3' x 2'6") and a 2' x 7' closet with mirrored sliding doors. The window has horizontal blinds and faces the back woods.
- Common Areas: Shared access to the kitchen (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops), living room, and backyard.
- Bathrooms: Downstairs half-bath and an upstairs full bath (shared with one roommate).
- Parking & Storage: Two-car garage with space for one car and some wall storage.
Rent & Utilities:
