Hello,

My name is Jeffry Wilkinson (photo attached), and I am looking--with the help of my son, Joshua--for a room in or close to Point Reyes Station (within a 35-minute drive).

I am a retired UC employee with a steady, verifiable retirement and Social Security income. I am single, quiet, considerate, easygoing, I have no pets (but I am fine if housemates do), I have a great sense of humor, and I am respectful of others' space.

I am an active member of the local community, as a volunteer docent with the Point Reyes National Seashore, and I host a bi-weekly oldies/R&B show on the local radio station; KWMR (West Marin Community Radio).

I am seeking a long-term rental situation and I hope to find a room or a studio apartment for $1,000/month or less , plus utilities.
