Hello My Name is Scott... I'm a Retired 61yr old U.P.S. / Teamsters member with a stable income and a quiet lifestyle, I love Music & Piano Playing, Looking for Room that is maybe around 200sq feet for the Piano.... But if not, I can Adjust & accommodate any room size at this point, But I do have a queen size bed & bedframe a nightstand with dresser drawers computer desk, computer chair & T.V. as my furniture, I just need a room to rent hopefully quickly, while donating my piano away or while in storage or while it's being listed for sale on craigslist & marketplace right now, I'm trying to feel this out in my situation I think you might understand...lol I'm very responsible with my Rent & other bills & have references with credit FICO scores to prove it & easy to get along with, Yes I am looking to find a large room hopefully long-term with a fun roommate or roommates, I do not have guests or friends over all the time or ever really & do not drink alcohol or use drugs, I stay in my room most of the time & can contribute to keeping our living space clean. I need a room to Rent for Nov or Dec a.s.a.p. I have been asked to vacate my studio apartment here at The Pineview Apartments in Martinez for structural reasons from my Landlord but have very good standing record with the property managers & the owner living here for over twelve years. My Vacate / Move-Out Date is Nov 30th ..... Thank You for reading this Listing hoping to hear from you soon. I can pay Rent from $1000-$1500 per month
