35 year old white male currently working full time on SW 12th Ave in Pompano. As I don't drive, I'm looking for a room so it will be easy to get back and forth to work.
A single room/efficiency style place would be ideal for me. I'm on a month to month lease, so I'm looking to move in apparently soon. Furnished would be great, but I have furniture if not.
Looking to pay $1,000 a month.
Please try text before calling so I know it's not spam calls or in case I'm at work.
