I'm and older female with a young heart and energy to rent a room or studio. I have steady income and p/t empl. I love to cook, I'm very clean, fun, honest & respectful.
What I'm NOT looking for: is a best friend, a relationship or a controlling person to share or room with.
I'm a private, yet out-going person and not looking to ask you for any favors or anything else. I enjoy my alone time very much and I enjoy spending time with my family.
Im interested in a clean rental & expect others to maintain a clean living space, (meaning I dont want to clean after anyone else Ive had a big family - been there, done that & those days are done.) I want to be treated with respect and not being taken advantage of. I will certainly do the same.
