Looking for a room to rent, 35 years old, a high-functioning adult on the spectrum (Aspergers, autistic). This can be anywhere in the Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, and Santa Cruz areas.
Mychael needs no parking as he does not drive.
He is low key, low maintenance. He tends to keep to himself. He is a talented artist (sketching, drawing), loves to work out (B.A. in Kinesiology).
Mychael has been living in our Capitola/Soquel area tending for persons with Down Syndrome while renting a room in their homes. They both discounted rent amounts to Mychael for this arrangement. Unfortunately, the gentleman he was caring for had an injury that requires intensive, long-term care and they will need the full use of his home for that.
As parents, we live locally in Aptos and have helped him out where and when we can.
Mychael is a person of Christian faith, non-smoker, non-drinker. He has a heart of gold.
Hoping you might consider him for your rental. He is looking for something in the $750 - $800 a month range. I would love to take him out there to meet you and see the place.
