Winter Season Lease. 7 Months. (October 1st, 2026 thru April 31th, 2026. With the possibility to extend thru the Summer and beyond).

I travel A LOT for work. So I'm looking for a responsible, clean, professional who I will be able to trust while I'm away. I know, while the cats away... the mice will play. lol...
1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Condo. The Landlord is your housemate.
Single Occupancy for the room rental. I'll consider couples, for a much larger monthly fee.
Your Bathroom (full bathroom), is located off the living room. I will not be sharing it with you. However, guests on occasion may also use it.
$1,200 a month, plus utilities (Electric, Water, Internet - 50/50 split).
Fully Furnished. Meaning, I do not have room for your bed frames, mattresses, desks, dressers, etc... And Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of extra storage space available at this time.
Washer and Dryer.
Your own outdoor (off the street) parking spot within the complex. Not covered.
***NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING.*** Unfortunately, I’m very sensitive to all smoke.
No Pets.
On the bus route. Warner Building (Eagle-Vail)
7 miles from Vail, and 3 miles from Beaver Creek.
First Month, Last Month, and Security Deposit due upon signing lease agreement. ($3,600)
VERY IMPORTANT!!! I will not rent the room to anyone I have not met in person and who has not seen the property.
