This Hexanon lens is kind of a “sleeper”. While modest in range, it offers EXCELLENT optical performance and a constant 3.5 aperture for good brightness throughout it’s range. Designed and built during Japan’s “Golden Age” when engineers ruled and cost was secondary, this fine optic is rock solid and smooth in operation. Works great on DSLRs and mirrorless bodies (with a digital adapter) and, of course, on Konica film cameras.

Glass is clean and clear, aperture blades are dry and diaphragm is “snappy”.
