WORKING PLUMBING MANAGER: Lead Our Inland Empire Field Crew
This is a leadership role, not a standard plumber's job. Our Inland Empire office has been serving customers for seven years, and we are now putting real resources behind growing it. We are making a change in management, and we are looking for an experienced plumber to run our field crew. You will run service calls, supervise the plumbers and helpers, and set the standard for the work in the field.
Where you start:
You will start with one plumber and one helper under you, and your job is to help us grow this office to 10 trucks. You will report to our office manager. The office takes the calls and schedules the jobs in Housecall Pro, so you can focus on the work and the crew. Experience with Housecall Pro or other field service software is a plus.

What you will lead:
Residential and commercial service and repair calls
Training and support for the plumbers and helpers working under you
Diagnosing problems and giving customers clear written prices before work begins
Working with the office on scheduling and job flow
Keeping the work organized, on time, and done right
What you bring:
Years of hands-on plumbing service and repair experience
Experience leading or supervising other plumbers
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Clear, honest communication with customers
The drive to build something, not just punch a clock
A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
Your own hand tools
