The paint and decals are in great condition. It is shown mounted in a Singer four drawer, drop down, treadle, sewing cabinet. The cabinet is in good condition. It would make a nice display piece. It is constructed of Solid Oak. It has four storage drawers. The treadle mechanism works perfectly; smooth and quite.
The machine sews a perfectly straight stitch. It is suitable for most household sewing needs. It is an all metal machine with cast iron body and high strength steel gears and drive mechanisms that should still be sewing perfectly in another 100 years. It can handle heavy material without slowing down.
The machine was cleaned and lubed inside and out. It is a great machine for display or regular use.
