This Singer 403A sews a really nice stitch and can sew through multiple layers of denim, canvas, garment leather, vinyl upholstery fabric as well as your every day garment sewing. The thicker fabrics will require the right needle and thread

It comes with a box of top hat cams for decorative stitching and a box of accessory feet as well as the original owners manual.

This vintage Singer 403 is easy to adjust and easy to dial in thread tension and is double needle capable.

For regular "home sewing" duties this machine is a joy to sew with. It's quiet and is nice to look at as well..

Troubleshooting tips:
Not much to trouble shoot on a properly cleaned and oiled machine, it just works. “
