Rent is $750, deposit is $600. The rent included utilities and water, Free High Speed WIFI Internet, laundry and dryer! Bathroom is all yours! There is free parking on driveway. The room is for a single (1) occupant only. Things that are not allowed: Pets, smoking, drinking, and other illegal activity. For kitchen use, we prefer use the microwave and prep meals. You will be provided space in our fridge and kitchen drawers, but there is limited space since we are also using them.
This room sublease 1 year contract, after that, month to month, however shorter term is $800 for 6 months
What we are looking for (requirements):

- Prefer Male/Female with College Student or Working Professional with day shift onsite work and under 45 years old
- Someone who doesn’t bring people inside.
